Gord Wiebe - Managing Director, U.S. Properties Group Inc.

Mr. Wiebe has 25 years of experience in managing, leasing, and asset & portfolio management in commercial real estate in the United States and Canada. Currently Mr. Wiebe is a consultant with Tom Capital Associates based out of Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Tom Capital Associates consults and sources deals on oil and gas, real estate ownership and development, secondary lending activities, manufacturing, and other related industries. Mr. Wiebe has served in both his roles with U.S. Properties Group, Inc., and Tom Capital Associates for the last 4 years. Previously Mr. Wiebe served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of a Toronto Stock Exchange listed real estate company and was an owner/manager of a property leasing and management company with $1 billion of real estate assets under management.

Cynthia A. Hicks - Vice President of Leasing & Development Southeast

On August 29, 2002, U.S. Properties Group officially opened after the 23 center portfolio acquisition from Glimcher Realty Trust. Ms. Hicks was employed with Glimcher in the role of Senior Leasing Associate for seven years prior to the acquisition. With over 25 years in the industry, she as proven experience in leasing "big box" space in neighborhood and community centers throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Ms. Hicks responsibilities include management of the leasing and development opportunities within U.S. Properties Group. Ms. Hicks also has a role in land and site selection, land sales, and pad site development. Ms. Hicks is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she received a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in real estate and holds a real estate license in South Carolina. She is an Affiliate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has a Professional Designation in Who's Who of Real Estate Management. Ms. Hicks is a member of the American Sailing Association, Lake Murray Sailing Club, Columbia Chapter of Women in Business, and the First Baptist Church. She resides on Lake Murray in Chapin, South Carolina.

Donn L. Davids – Vice President of Leasing & Development Midwest

With 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Davids has broad experience in leasing for outlet, community centers and regional malls. He has directed asset management, mall and community center redevelopment, "big box", and mall leasing. Mr. Davids is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio. Mr. Davids most recently was Regional Leasing Manager with Belz Enterprises and Glimcher Development. Mr. Davids is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), former president of Easter Seals of Central Ohio and served on the organization's board for three years. In addition, Mr. Davids was a board member of Columbus American Youth Hostels and is currently actively involved as a healthcare advocate in several Central Ohio activist groups.

Bernie Grenon, Vice President of Development Execution

Mr. Grenon’s formal training includes both a Masters Degree in City Planning from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta, Canada. Mr. Grenon began his career in the real estate business as a project manager. After returning to university to attend law school in 1994, Mr. Grenon practiced business and real estate law with a prominent law firm in Edmonton, Canada, for a period of five years before moving to the United States in 2001. As a member of the U.S. Properties Group team Mr. Grenon has worked in the areas of acquisitions, divestitures, development and property management.

Mr. Grenon has extensive experience in real estate transactions and has managed transaction and financing of in excess of $500,000,000 of real estate during his affiliation with U.S. Properties Group. Mr. Grenon’s expertise includes extensive experience in retail leasing where Mr. Grenon has been involved in the leasing and management of some 5,000,000 square feet of retail space and has negotiated leases with such major tenant’s as Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Kroger, Target, Belk, Best Buy and Petsmart.

James McNally, Director of Construction

Mr. McNally has over 25 years experience in the construction project management field with a focus on store planning, big box construction, specialty retail, grocery and drug stores. Prior to joining USPG Mr. McNally has completed and opened 32 freestanding national chain restaurants, and served as the Director of Construction for one of the nation’s fastest growing retailers. In addition Mr. McNally directed an 85-store expansion for a national footwear retailer, completed 10 new grocery store projects and developed and managed a database of general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Mr. McNally also has an extensive background in facilities management focusing on maintenance, construction, and purchasing and energy management. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S.A.S. Civil Engineering Degree. Mr. McNally resides in Mason, Ohio with his wife and three children.

Kevin Massa - Controller

Kevin Massa joined USPG in May 2006 and has 12 years of accounting/finance experience. He has worked in both public and private accounting and has experience in several different industries, including construction, media, non- profit and real estate. Mr. Massa obtained his Bachelors in Accounting, with honors, from Ohio University in 1995. He currently holds a CPA in accounting. Mr. Massa currently resides in New Albany, Ohio.

Darin Hobson - Senior Investment Analyst

Mr. Hobson has nine years of financial experience including seven years in the real estate industry. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, financing, portfolio tax management, and risk evaluation. Prior to joining U.S. Properties Group Mr. Hobson worked for a multifamily/warehouse developer and as a commercial appraiser. Mr. Hobson has both his Bachelors degree and MBA from The Ohio State University. His additional experience includes service in the Ohio Army National Guard and with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Mr. Hobson currently lives with his wife in Grandview, Ohio.
