Gord Wiebe - Managing Director, U.S. Properties Group Inc.

Mr. Wiebe has 25 years of experience in managing, leasing, and asset & portfolio management in commercial real estate in the United States and Canada. Currently Mr. Wiebe is a consultant with Tom Capital Associates based out of Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Tom Capital Associates consults and sources deals on oil and gas, real estate ownership and development, secondary lending activities, manufacturing, and other related industries. Mr. Wiebe has served in both his roles with U.S. Properties Group, Inc. and Tom Capital Associates for the last 8 years. Previously Mr. Wiebe served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of a Toronto Stock Exchange listed real estate company and was an owner/manager of a property leasing and management company with $1 billion of real estate assets under management.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and presenter at various ICSC and Real Estate Forums. Cynthia A. Hicks - Vice President of Leasing & Development Southeast

A ten year veteran of USPG and with over 25 years in the commercial real estate business, Cindy has an extensive background and expertise with national retailers in the development, redevelopment, leasing and management of anchor (big-box) space as well as pad site development. Her territory includes the Southeastern United States for USPG. She is also the Company Affiliate for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Hicks is an Alumnus of the University of South Carolina, member of the Gamecock Club, the First Baptist Church, the American Sailing Association, the Lake Murray Sailing Club and Columbia Chapter of ‘Women in Business’. She currently resides on Lake Murray in Columbia, South Carolina.

Donn L. Davids – Vice President of Leasing & Development Midwest

Donn Davids, works from the main U.S. Properties Group office in suburban Columbus, OH. His 34 years in the redevelopment and leasing of shopping centers including outlet properties, community centers and regional malls has proven his knowledge and experience having directed asset management, mall and community center redevelopment including "big box" retail. Formerly with The Mills, Belz Enterprises and Glimcher Development he is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and a 26 year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), former president of Easter Seals of Central Ohio, he remains actively involved as a healthcare advocate in several Central Ohio groups.

Darin Hobson - Manager of Finance & Administration

Mr. Hobson has eleven years of financial experience including nine years in the real estate industry. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, financing, portfolio tax management, and risk evaluation. Prior to joining U.S. Properties Group Mr. Hobson worked for a multifamily/warehouse developer and as a commercial appraiser. Mr. Hobson has both his Bachelors degree and MBA from The Ohio State University. His additional experience includes service in the Ohio Army National Guard and with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service.
